Far West Family School

A School for All Ages

Education and personal progress are meant to be lifelong pursuits that do not end with graduation, and should not have to be put on hold during parenting years. We call ourselves the Far West Family School because it is for the entire family.

Parents, young single adults, grandparents, other adult volunteers and teachers are encouraged to attend and participate in classes for themselves, whether it is painting, sciences, trades, family choir, civics, Hebrew, etc.

In addition, parent classes on selected topics from teaching self-governance to homeschool principal duties are held each semester to support parents in their teaching roles at home.

Our mothers' lounge features rocking chairs, crib, and a bed for tired mothers. We are also blessed with many fathers that teach and attend.
